Jodie Foster
Jodie Foster entered the entertainment world at only three years old, and her mother must've known she was destined for stardom. But did they have any idea that the same little Jodie in an adorable dress and matching bow would one day star in such dark yet successful films? She was nominated for several awards, known for her roles in movies like Taxi Driver, The Accused, and The Silence of the Lambs.
Though she likes to remain out of the limelight, for the most part, she has remained very popular. Generations will remember her name, which is an impressive impact to make!
Robbie Williams
Once a part of the British boyband Take That, Robbie made a mark in pop music; when he decided to go solo in the late nineties, he achieved success and garnered his spot in British culture. Despite having the same long swept-over hair as he did as a young lad, Robbie is not the same man he was back in the 1990s; years of battling substance abuse will do that to you. But despite the many struggles of life, he retains his cheeky, boyish look.
If he could talk to his younger self, he would probably advise him that it does get better! But no matter how many years had gone by, Robbie's fans still swoon over him.
Betty White
The well-known comedic actress Betty White graced the entertainment world for decades. She appeared in over 100 movies and television shows, giving her fans so much joy and laughter. And with all that time passing, except for the pearls, both Betties look pretty identical in the photo, right down to the perfectly swirled hair. Betty remained an icon from the early moments of her career till the end, leaving behind a legacy most of us can only dream about.
Betty was known for loving animals and was an avid and passionate supporter of animal rights organizations. Sadly, she passed away shortly before her 100th birthday.
Morgan Freeman
This photo appears to be Morgan Freeman posing with his son, but in fact, Morgan is in his early thirties alongside himself fifty years later. It's mind-blowing to see the evolution of a person before your own eyes. Do you think he expected to become so well-known for his deep and comforting voice and iconic roles in the films like Driving Miss Daisy, Million Dollar Baby, and The Dark Knight?
He is not slowing down any time soon; at eighty-five years old, he's still delighted to act and put his incredible talents to good use.
Julia Roberts
It seems like just yesterday Julia Roberts was starring in the romantic comedy Pretty Woman, taking the world by storm. Though it's been around thirty years since her iconic performance in that, she is still a pretty woman today. She is halfway through her fifties and looks like she did at twenty, as the photo here demonstrates. What are her secrets, and can she share them? Her acting career hasn't slowed either, and she's still regarded as a major Hollywood staple.
Her latest project was starring in the film Leave the World Behind, produced by no other than Barack and Michelle Obama!
Sophia Loren
One of the last surviving big-time stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood, Sophia Loren's movie career started in the 1950s. She experienced international stardom and success and became a sex symbol of the times. Though she has definitely aged, her big beautiful eyes and voluminous hair have remained the same. Now, approaching ninety years old, she is living a cozy life in Geneva with a long life full of accomplishments to look back on.
The actress has appeared in over 100 films, which is clearly representative of her talents being undeniable. Even to this day, her beauty and grace remain.
Oprah Winfrey
A woman of endless accolades, Oprah Winfrey has made her mark on the entertainment industry without a doubt. She sent shockwaves throughout the world during the early days of her talk show because she gave a platform to taboo topics that most people didn't really talk about, let alone on television broadcast to millions. Who knew the young Oprah with iconic 80s-styled hair would turn into the media mogul she is now?
Today's Oprah has better hair, no question, but her energy and charisma seem to stay exactly the same.
Bill Murray
The actor and comedian Bill Murray has had a very successful career over the past few decades and is known for acting in films like Ghostbusters, Lost in Translation, and Charlie's Angels. Did the young actor standing with his Ghostbusters props realize he would become so loved and appraised for his acting gigs? He probably couldn't even comprehend it at the time, but he turned out to be one of Hollywood's most beloved funnymen.
At seventy-two years old, who would've thought the actor would keep going so trong? When you find your passion, it must never get old!
Alanis Morissette
The singer, the songwriter, and overall icon, Alanis Morissette, is used to breaking records. Now she can add another accolade to her resume, looking exactly the same as she did when she was younger! She earned a Grammy award for her album Jagged Little Pill, giving people angsty songs to sing along with. Her hair looks a little more groomed these days, but her energy remains exactly the same.
This photo is pretty mind-blowing considering it looks like an actual photo of Alanis posing with someone who could be her daughter!
Tom Selleck
Whether he's younger or older, one thing remains the same: Tom Selleck's iconic mustache. This gem of the film industry spent his life in Los Angeles, California, truly a native to the streets of Hollywood. Although he's been recognized for his roles in movies and TV shows like Magnum, P.I., and Friends, he has another hobby. He is a huge fan of avocados. That's right, the fruit. He even owns a huge avocado farm.
In fact, Tom was even involved in a massive lawsuit and accused of diverting millions of gallons of water toward his avocado farm. Apparently, the avocado business gets very serious.
Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford still looks just as charming as he did forty years ago! There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting older, but he is aging like fine wine. Nowadays, Harrison is in his eighties but has long been considered a cultural icon, most notably recognized for playing the characters Han Solo in Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Though he puts his heart and soul into acting on-screen, he has always remained private about his personal life.
He hasn't slowed down, as he filmed the fifth movie as Indiana Jones a few years ago. He really marked himself as one of the most successful and recognizable actors in the biz.
Fran Drescher
As a native of New York, Francine Joy Drescher's voice and accent are not an act; it's completely real. She's most known for her role as Fran Fine in the sitcom The Nanny. In each episode, she sported an extravagant outfit, just like the metallic jacket she's wearing in the photo, and always had big voluminous perfect hair. Now she is in her mid-sixties but still beautiful as ever. An iconic voice, look, name and woman overall. How can you not love her?
When people think of New York or a nanny, they can't help but think of Fran. Though nowadays she is more low-key, she is instantly recognizable after all those years.
Sean Connery
Sean Connery is known as the first actor to portray the British secret agent James Bond in a film. But little did spiffy young Sean realize he would be creating a character that would develop a cult following as no one has ever seen. Later in his life, he became known for his roles in films like Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and The Name of the Rose. His talents were endless, inspiring actors and movie buffs for generations.
You can just hear his iconic Scottish accent looking at this photo. Young or old, Connery was an absolute legend!
Christina Applegate
Whether playing Kelly in Married... with Children or Jen in Dead to Me, Christina Applegate knows how to engage an audience. She may not be rocking a classic '90s bob anymore, but she's still funny and relatable as ever. However, as the years have passed, life has been no easy feat. She was recently diagnosed with MS or multiple sclerosis, so she's unsure if retirement is in her near future.
Christina is undoubtedly a strong person looking more beautiful than ever, and has sure made an impact on the entertainment history.
Carrie Fisher
No one else could've played Princess Leia in the Star Wars films like Carrie Fisher did. She carried this character beautifully, transforming the words on-screen into moments (and gold bikinis) fans could never ever forget. She received so much praise for her memorable role, and it really marked her career in the entertainment industry. Effortlessly cool as both a young and older lady, Fisher was the original warrior princess.
Modern-day Fisher and '70s Fisher seem to get along so well in this fantastic photo - we'd pay good money to watch this scene on the big screen!
Jon Bon Jovi
People would beg to have hair like Bon Jovi's. Not only is he gifted with insane musical talents that earned him a rightful spot in the Songwriters Hall of Fame, but he also has the hair of a god. To this day his hair looks as it did forty years ago, even in his sixties. He is definitely using some excellent shampoo, or some kind of magic. Either way, the sexy rock star has matured like no other.
Most people had their walls plastered with posters of him when he was in his twenties, but it's probably time to get some new ones made of him in the present day.
Adam Duritz
The iconic band, Counting Crows, has sold millions of records worldwide with frontman Adam Duritz, famous for his singing voice, but more so for his iconic dreadlocks. Being a successful singer and producer isn't enough for Duritz, though: He doesn't stop, as he has also scored films, most notably Shrek. And believe it or not, Counting Crows is still around, touring the world to the delight of fans who still remember the lyrics to Mr. Jones.
It's hard to tell which photo is the one of Adam young, but considering he only sported those dreads years ago, that's the noticeable difference.
Queen Elizabeth II
Elizabeth II was Queen of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth for over seven decades, making her the longest-reigning monarch in history! Despite the years passing, her style, demeanor, and and her hairdo stayed the same. This image looks like it could be her and her daughter! Sadly, she died earlier this year, shocking England and people from all over the world, but she sure had an eventful time serving as the Queen.
It's particularly fascinating to see her stand side by side with herself, decades apart. What would young Elizabeth think of her own future achievements?
Whitney Houston
One of the most successful musicians of all time, Whitney Houston has completely influenced music in ways she will never know. As a child, she would sing in churches but probably had no idea that her future would become so glamorous, turning her into a music sensation. She had a gift you could only be born with. As well as amazing genes because if it wasn't for the curly '80s hair, you could hardly tell which side of this photo is from her younger days!
Sadly though, she turned to drugs, and her cocaine use got the best of her. She tragically passed away in a hotel room, which is not a fitting ending for such a legend.
Kurt Cobain
This Seattle native was no stranger to struggles, but how was little Kurt with his bowl cut to know what his life would become? Yes, he became one of the greatest rockstars and founding fathers of Grunge music. But it was no easy feat for him. He struggled with chronic health problems and a debilitating heroin addiction. As soon as he reached his pinnacle of success, he took his own life.
It's hard to imagine that little face would endure so many highs and lows in such a short amount of time.
Pierce Brosnan
Just call him Bond, James Bond. Or maybe even Sam Carmichael. You know one of the three men believed to be the father of Sophie in Mamma Mia? Either way, the versatility of Pierce Brosnan is impressive. He can play a cool secret agent and transition into a musical star, all while retaining the same great head of hair. When he graces the big screen, it is bound to simply be a cinematic masterpiece.
Did you have any idea that Pierce Brosnan is originally Irish? Though he is a star gracing sunny Hollywood, he actually grew up in chilly Ireland.
Denzel Washington
The man, the myth, the legend, Denzel Washington. He is known for so much more than his ageless look but also his versatility in playing roles in iconic films like Malcolm X, American Gangster, and Fences. His name alone has become recognizable, and there's no doubt he has left a dent in cinematic history. Though he appears much giddier as a younger version of himself in his photo, he is carrying a considerable weight of Hollywood on his shoulders.
He is a true craftsman, and his repertoire of movies indeed proves it. You can feel his persona through the screen, which is evidence of a true actor.
Bob Saget
Bob Saget was known for his role as Danny Tanner, the understanding and thoughtful father on the sitcom Full House. He continued to pursue acting and comedy, though he couldn't quite get away from that iconic character despite losing some hair and gaining glasses compared to his younger days. By the end of his life, he was touring and doing stand-up. Clearly, making people laugh was his one true passion in life.
He tragically passed away way too soon; unfortunately, that's the gruesome and sad reality for way too many stars. However, his work will continue to live on.
Jennifer Aniston
Who knew Jennifer Aniston had a twin? Oh wait, it's just her. Can you tell which picture is older and which is younger? It's pretty hard to tell the difference, considering it appears as if she does not age. She is timeless, from her look to her humor and acting skills. Jennifer has remained one of the industry's most humble and graceful actresses, and only time will tell if this continues!
She has experienced so many highs and achievements in the acting world there's no way her younger self could've ever imagined this.
David Hasselhoff
Could you ever guess who the most watched man on TV is? Well, at one point, it was this guy! The actor and television personality David Hasselhoff. He is memorable for his thick head of hair and performances in TV and films like The Young and The Restless, Baywatch, and Dodgeball. He even worked as a judge on television shows such as America's Got Talent and Britain's Got Talent. He was indeed meant for the entertainment world.
He's been in and out of the limelight for decades now. He must pinch himself every once in a while when he realizes what a dream it is.
Leslie Jordan
Leslie Jordan was known for his sweet and bubbly personality and could light up any screen with his charisma. From his smirk when he was younger to his more recent laughing smile, he was bound to make people laugh. Although he wasn't always that giddy of a person, when he was in his late twenties, he became heavily involved in drugs and alcohol but luckily recovered, crediting his sobriety to journalling daily.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he became an internet sensation, with videos of him on TikTok and Instagram going viral. Sadly, his life ended too soon.
Shania Twain
The Queen of Country Pop is looking better than ever. Can you believe this is Shania Twain next to a child version of herself? She is absolutely stunning, and although she's almost sixty years old, she looks decades younger. Most people don't know that her name isn't really Shania but Eilleen Regina "Shania" Twain. Quite a mouthful. The Canadian native hasn't stopped making music, though; she plans on releasing a brand new album within the year.
Shania revealed that her singing voice isn't as strong as it used to be because of her Lyme disease diagnosis, but that doesn't stop her from singing and songwriting.
Joe Biden
Young handsome Joe Biden could have never imagined he would become a politician and be so prominent in Hollywood. But considering there are stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Cynthia Nixon, politics and the entertainment world seem to go hand in hand. Not only was he Barack Obama's vice president for two terms, but he is now the current president of the United States. Young Biden looks identical to present-day Biden, minus some hair which is a lot to say for someone who is eighty years old.
Who knows what he'll get up to next? Maybe serve another term as president or perhaps pursue acting? The world is his oyster.
Robert Downey Jr.
This photoshopped image of Robert Downey Jr. is freakishly good. It indeed appears as if he has a younger son but low and behold, it is just him. Robert was once reported to be Hollywood's highest-paid actor and has gained recognition for his portrayal of Tony Stark in Iron Man and no other than Sherlock Homes in the film of the same name, Sherlock Holmes. It must feel pretty nice to be on top of Hollywood.
Over time, Robert Downey Jr. has undoubtedly become one of the biggest names in the entertainment world. It honestly seems he must be living the ultimate dream.
Meryl Streep
What can't Meryl Streep do? For starters, her pictures look identical, so either she is hiding the ultimate secret to prevent aging or has incredible genes. She has been coined the most outstanding actress of her generation, which is not surprising. She has had so many iconic roles it's hard to keep up. Some of the most memorable moments have been from films like Kramer vs. Kramer, Sophie's Choice, Mamma Mia! and Julie & Julia.
Oh, how lucky to be a part of Hollywood. It seems only stars have this gene that ensures they never age. Seriously, how the heck do they never get old?
Angela Lansbury
It's hard to imagine someone having a career in the same field for eight decades, but Angela Lansbury did so! She started acting at only sixteen years old. She made a name for herself when starring in Murder, She Wrote, but the talent didn't stop there. She was amazing on stage also, becoming a Broadway icon! Who would've known this would become her passion for the rest of her life?
The late actress Angela Lansbury was destined for the limelight and never slowed down. All while keeping the exact same hairstyle all those years!
John Cleese
John Cleese may be in his eighties today, but in his prime, he starred in a hit show, Fawlty Towers, putting him on the maps. From there, he was featured in iconic projects like A Fish Called Wanda, James Bond, Harry Potter, and Shrek. He racked up quite impressive credits and contributed to Hollywood in ways he probably could've never predicted as a child. But don't be sad; he's still acting to this day, so there's plenty of him to see.
Besides the noticeable changes in hair, he looks exactly as he did years ago. It's good to know he is doing well and still thriving.
John Lennon
John Lennon is the singer, songwriter, peace activist, and iconic member of the greatest band ever, The Beatles. He started his career appearing as a pretty and proper boy, but as the sixties and seventies transitioned to hippie culture, he embraced it with long hair and a grown-out beard. He became outspoken about antiwar movements and pursued a successful solo career. He truly transformed the entire music world in ways unimaginable.
John was indeed a life that ended way before its time. He brought timeless music to this world and left a mark so great no one could take it back.
Bruce Springsteen
Another incredible musician to grace the streets of Hollywood. Some say Bruce Springsteen has the biggest heart in music, but he would dub himself "the embodiment of rock & roll." With that same smug look on his face, it's hard to imagine so many years have gone by. He's now seventy-three years old but is still releasing music. And it's a good thing because the world needs more of his poetic lyrics and rock and roll.
Imagine being his kid and having Bruce Springsteen sing you a lullaby every night as you go to sleep; now, that would be a melodic dream.
George Michael
Nothing screams the eighties more than the singer George Michael. His beauty and voice are incomparable to any other artist. He first started in the music industry as a DJ and then found significant success in the duo Wham! with Andrew Ridgeley. However, his solo career would become iconic too. Yes, he was once known for sporting a beautiful head of hair, but he still had his smooth voice by the end of his life, which is arguably more important.
He sadly passed away very young, barely in his fifties. It's heartbreaking that so many talented and good souls like George Michael go so soon.
Henry Winkler
Henry Winkler has been an actor his whole life! Since he was young, strutting in his leather jacket and pompadour, he studied theatre and found a way to get on stage. He rose to fame for his character as Fonzie on the television series Happy Days. Although he's been a great actor, he admitted it was always hard to remember scripts because he struggled with dyslexia. He continued to act in films but, in more recent years, has been pretty quiet.
He seems like a really genuine and friendly guy. How can he not be so proud of all he achieved in his career?
Halle Berry
Now this image is creepy and impressive because of how realistic it appears. You could probably convince someone it's Halle Berry posing with her young daughter! Though you can tell she is older, her skin looks flawless as ever. She is one of the most beautiful and effortlessly cool actresses to exist. She really made a name for herself in iconic films like Introducing Dorothy Dandridge, Monster's Ball, and Catwoman.
By the looks of it, you could never believe she was almost sixty years old. Halle Berry remains a woman of absolute grace and talent.
Bruce Willis
Bruce Willis may not act anymore, but he was once a hunky actor iconically known for his action-packed movies. Films like Die Hard, Pulp Fiction, and Armageddon displayed his acting skills to their fullest potential. Even older, with no hair or leather jacket, he still gives off the same cool and intimidating presence. His acting indeed graced Hollywood, but these days he stays behind the scenes, and there's a reason why.
It can all be attributed to his diagnosis with aphasia which affects language expressions and comprehension. Luckily, he has an impressive resume already racked up.
Mariah Carey
Whether they call her the Queen of Christmas or the Queen of Whistletones, you'll immediately know who people are talking about. Mariah Carey has one of the most gorgeous singing voices ever, with such versatility that most people could only dream of. One of the most popular singers ever, she has always garnered popularity. These days she's not so much in the spotlight, spending most of her time with her kids she had with Nick Cannon.
Mariah still has the same baby face as when she first started off in her career, and though her voice might not be as high, she knows she's still iconic.
Ricky Gervais
The British actor and comedian Ricky Gervais has contributed significantly to sitcoms like The Office, Extras, and An Idiot Abroad. Although the image of him when he was younger slightly resembles that of David Bowie, it is, in fact, Ricky as a young kid. His humor has inspired many, and he managed to build a successful career which is something to be proud of. You may not have known he is also an avid animal rights supporter.
Not only does Ricky fill the world with his comedy making people laugh, but he consistently donates to animal charities in hopes of stopping all animal hunting.
