The Ultimate Player Who Falls Hard, Chris' Oz' Ostreicher, Played By Chris Klein
The evolution of Oz in American Pie kept viewers hooked to their seats. At the beginning of the franchise, he is a real playboy, keeping things smooth and casual with the ladies. Everything changes for Oz when he meets Heather. Fans, especially the female audience, really enjoyed how his crush on Heather changed his character. Similar to many of the young actors in the franchise, American Pie set the stage for Chris to follow his passion for acting.
After American Pie, he played in We Were Soldiers and Rollerball before moving on to TV shows, including The Flash and Wilfred.
The Wise One - Jessica, Played By Natasha Lyonne
They say men are from Mars, and women are from Venus. Well, perhaps that is why men sometimes need some guidance or a female perspective. Jessica's role might have been small, but it was an important one. She guided Kevin through his relationship struggles. Perhaps every man needs a friendship like that one. Natasha has played in a few other films since American Pie, but she seems to prefer TV roles more.
She played an important part in the hit show Orange is the New Black and also played in Portland. Most recently, she starred in the Netflix show Russian Doll.
The Original Carrier of Bad Luck - Jim Levenstein, Played By Jason Biggs
The entire franchise follows Jim's experiences as he goes through a very awkward adolescent phase. After developing a crush on an exchange student, Jim gets himself into many cringe-worthy situations. His father and friends are always ready to help him, but their plans usually ricochet. Jim is a great kid at heart who frequently gets into a predicament. Jason Biggs, who wasn't very well-known before the franchise, portrayed the role. After the American Pie movies, Jason went on to play in a few films, including Prozac Nation and Saving Silverman.
In recent years, Jason has tried his hand at sitcom acting, and we can see him in a show called Outmatched, which is featured on Fox.
Michelle's Father - Harold Flaherty, Played By Fred Willard
There is no denying that Michelle is an interesting character, and when we look at her dad, we can see it runs in the family. Harold Flaherty is a funny, unusual man who made fans laugh on more than one occasion. Fred Willard played the role excellently, bringing his natural charm and quick wit to the film. He is well-known for his comedy work in TV shows such as Modern Family and Space Force.
Sadly, Fred passed away in 2020 at the age of 86. He will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and the fun he brought to film sets.

When Deborah joined the cast, she was already Hollywood royalty. In fact, she had been nominated for a Tony Award in 1984. Her first role was in Oliver's Story in 1978. Her acting career has mostly been on Broadway. She did a great job of portraying Michelle's quirky and funny mother. After completing the American Pie films, Deborah has been involved in a long list of projects, including Julie & Julia and Women Who Kill.
Deborah also enjoys TV work. She has starred in several shows, including Orange Is the New Black and The Good Life.
The Ultra Supportive Father: Jim's Dad, Played By Eugene Levy
Most fans will agree that Mr. Levenstein's character truly elevated the film to new heights. Fans couldn't get enough of this super supportive but oh-so-inappropriate father. The relationship between Jim and his father is actually a rather sweet one. Eugene Levy is a comical mastermind who often writes scripts that are praised in Hollywood. One of his latest projects, Schitt's Creek, has received nine Emmy Awards. He wrote and brought that show to life with his son, Dan Levy.
Most people don't realize this, but Eugene Levy has starred in more than 60 films and produced many of them. His newest TV show, The Reluctant Traveler, features him hosting and producing a travel show.
Not Just A Friend - Amber, Played by Lisa Arturo
In American Pie 2, both Stifler and Jim are in for a surprise when they fall head over heels for Danielle. Her friend Amber is always around, and while they aren't threatened by her presence, they should be. That is because she is so much more than just a friend. As the film progresses, it becomes apparent that neither of the boys stands a chance because Danielle already has someone in mind: Amber. Even though this was a tiny role for Lisa Arturo, her involvement in the film opened doors in Hollywood.
She also transitioned to TV entertainment and appeared in hit shows, including Joey, CSI, General Hospital, and The Virtual End.
Stifler's Sidekick - Bear, Played By Eric Allan Kramer
Even though this isn't a big supportive role, the fact that Stifler was such a popular character meant that his sidekick also got quite a bit of attention. Stifler had a tendency to get himself in sticky situations, and luckily, Bear was there to save the day more than once. Interestingly enough, Eric Allan Kramer is a fight choreographer. He began his acting career in 1990 when he played in Quest for the Mighty Sword. He can also be seen in the classic comedy Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
Eric has been more involved in TV work in recent years, and his list of projects is very impressive. His most recent project was CSI: Vegas.
The Girl All the Guys Want - Danielle, Played By Denise Faye
In the sequel, a new character is introduced who creates quite a stir between Jim and Stifler. Both of them become infatuated with Danielle. There is something so alluring about Danielle that they all seem to fall under her spell. Even though this was a small role for Denise Faye, her appearance in the hit film helped her to set roots in Hollywood. After her involvement in American Pie 2, Denise chased her real dream: choreography, and there was no holding her back.
Denise has won multiple awards with her choreography, including an American Choreography Award. She was involved with the choreography of the 2012 Super Bowl.
The Instigator of the Pact, Kevin Myers, Played By Thomas Ian Nicholas
The expression boys will be boys rings true when we watch films like American Pie. As these adolescent boys go on a journey of self-discovery and romance, Kevin is the one who offers an enticing pact to the gang. Without this character, the plot would have been quite different, so in that sense, he is a vital character. Thomas' acting career began long before American Pie. He starred in Who's the Boss? and Married…With Children in 1988. In 1992, he was cast in his first film, Radio Flyer, followed by A Kid in King Arthur's Court, so by the time he joined the American Pie cast, he was quite well-known.
Regardless, the role of Kevin Myers turned out to be the most successful one of his entire career thus far. Kevin has appeared in a wide range of films over the last few years, including Halloween: Resurrection and The Hitman. He also returned to our TV screens as a character on Party of Five.
The Cougar: Stiffler's Mom, Played By Jennifer Coolidge
Just like Jim's dad, the franchise would never have been the same without Stiffler's mom. Played by the wonderfully talented Jennifer Coolidge, Stiffler's mom captures the heart of Finch. The awkwardness of their romance is something that fans just couldn't get enough of. Of course, Stifler couldn't stand the idea, which made it all even funnier. Jennifer was cast in a Seinfeld episode in 1993, and that is where it all began. She has built quite an impressive empire for herself, starring in Blockbusters, Legally Blonde, and the hit TV show Friends.
Most recently, she played in two phenomenal TV shows, The White Lotus and The Watcher. She has perfected the dumb blonde with endless allure, intrigue, and mystery.
The Doubtful Diva, Vicky Lathum, Played By Tara Reid
The price you pay for being the girlfriend of a popular jock is that you might have a lot of doubt. Vicky is riddled with concern about Kevin's real intentions. Kevin, of course, has his own goals because of the boy pact he has made. Their dynamic kept viewers hooked from beginning to end. Tara Reid stole the hearts of many with her sweet smile. The actress made a name for herself before joining the American Pie cast with an iconic '90s horror film, Urban Legend. However, she began acting when she was only 12 years old. She was cast in A Return to Salem's Lot in 1987.
After the American Pie franchise was completed, Tara played in the cult classic franchise Sharknado. She starred in all five films.

The pair's unlikely romance quickly becomes one that fans hope will stand the test of time. Unfortunately, the two go their separate ways, but they meet again in the movie American Reunion. Heather was played by the gorgeous and talented Mena Suvari. While American Pie introduced the star to fame, she changed her preference from comedy roles to quite dark and serious.
After American Pie, she played in American Beauty and Day of the Dead. She's also played in several TV shows, including American Horror Story and South of Hell.
"One Time at Band Camp" - Michelle Flaherty, Played By Alyson Hannigan
Michelle's character stood out from the rest because she was quite nerdy and socially awkward, but then she would surprise us all with a naughty statement. This unpredictability made her an exciting character that no one could get enough of. She is as popular a character as Stifler because fans can't think of the films without thinking of Michelle. Before landing the role of Michelle, Alyson Hannigan was quite well-known, thanks to the popular TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Her transition from our TV screens to the big screen was a smooth one.
After starring in the American Pie films, Alyson starred in the superb TV show How I Met Your Mother. The show was so successful that it had 9 seasons with 208 episodes.
Stifler's Mom's Biggest Fan, Paul Finch, Played By Eddie Kaye Thomas
Stifler and Finch are the opposite of a dynamic duo. They are polar opposites, naturally bumping heads because of their differences of opinion and personality. Even though Finch is a teenage boy, he has the soul of an old man. When he sets eyes on his nemesis' mother, Finch loses his heart fast. Finch's obsession with Stifler's mom is one of the funniest features of the film. As their romance blossoms, you see a sweet side of Finch, and you find yourself rooting for him. Finch is portrayed by Eddie Kaye Thomas, who began his acting career at the age of ten when he starred in the Brooklyn Shakespeare Company's Richard III.
These days, Eddie focuses mostly on TV shows. He's been involved in multiple projects, including The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. He also did voice acting for American Dad.

He is introduced as Heather's new boyfriend, and his insecurities about her previous romantic connections to Oz drive him to do some silly things. Even though he had a small role in the film, it would open big doors for him, especially in the TV show scene.

A New Face At The Reunion - Selena, Played By Dania Ramirez
Since the American Pie films were so hugely successful, it isn't a big surprise that the reunion installment was equally popular. Some new faces were introduced, including Selena, who played Michelle's childhood friend. Even though Dania had a small role in a once-off film, her appearance got her noticed by the right people. This small role led to roles in top-rated TV shows and films for this beautiful actress.

Shannon can be seen in Thirteen Ghosts and Scary Movie. However, she lives in South Africa now and runs an animal rescue center.
Ernie and His Hidden Camera, Played by Jason Earles
A popular spinoff of the American Pie films was Band Camp. As the name would suggest, it mostly takes place at Tall Oaks Band Camp. Since the Band Camp film, she has appeared in several films, including The Savant and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story.

That person is Brandon, the band camp council leader. These two quickly become archnemesis, and viewers learn that Brandon is not the good guy he pretends to be. Matt Barr played the role of the entitled bad guy so well that it isn't unexpected that Hollywood's doors opened for him.
